• Can I wait to buy Tickets at the Door?

  No, unfortunately due to capacity limitations tickets are being sold in advance online. We will not be selling tickets at the door.

• When should we arrive?

  Ideally, between 5:00p – 5:30p
  We intend to start at 5:30p
  If you’re running late, that’s ok, but you may miss out on a few rounds of Bingo

• Do we need to bring anything?

  For Check-In:
  The one who purchased the tickets will need to present their I.D. at our check-in table, or someone from the party can present a copy of the receipt from the ticket purchase.
  
  For the Games:
  You do not need to bring anything for the Bingo games. We will supply each player with what they need to participate... So leave your cards and stamps at home - we've got you covered!

• What food is being served?

  Food: Hamburgers & Hotdogs
  (If you have dietary restrictions, you may ask a server for a veggie option)
  Beverages: Fountain drinks - Sodas, Tea, Water
  (Alcohol may be made available for purchase)

• How will seating be arranged?

  Tables will be in long rows to maximize how many we can get into the space. This means our guests/parties will be sitting next to other guests/parties they may not know.

• How many Bingo Games will there be?

  Time permitting, we hope to play up to 12 Bingo games.

• What type of prizes will there be?

  BINGO GAME PRIZES:
  Prizes range from kitchen to outdoor to comfort items, gift cards, and MORE! Most of the prizes are generously donated by many of Cy-Fair FCU's business partners. Before we start each game, we will announce the prize for that game and who donated the prize. The value of the prizes varies. Most are above $35 with many of the prize bundles for each game valued between $50 to $75.
  
  RAFFLE PRIZES:
  For those who purchase raffle tickets, we will have a few sets of raffle prizes to drop your tickets in for a chance to win one or more of those prizes. CYFEN and their business partners are donating the raffle prizes.

• If I did not receive an email with my receipt, how do I request the receipt?

  It's possible the email may have landed in your Junk or Spam box. Check those locations in your email for the receipt. If you still cannot find the email with your receipt, use the “Questions” form on this page to notify us. We'll look up your transaction and try other methods to get the receipt to you.
