How can I Retrieve Account and Loan Related Information?
Your other account and loan related numbers/information, including routing and MICR numbers, can be found in your Online Banking once you set it up and login.

How Do I Set Up and Access Online Banking?
For initial sign-in:- Click “Sign In” at the top.
- “Username” = Enter your member number.
- Temporary “Password” = combine the last 4 numbers of the primary member’s Social Security Number PLUS their zip code, with no spaces in between.

What if I have Direct Deposit set up?
Please update any of your direct deposits or ACH transactions with your new account information. To support a smooth transition, our system will automatically detect any direct deposits or ACH transactions sent to your former TFFCU account and redirect those funds to your new account until you make this update.

What happens to my Debit Card?
Due to the account conversion, your old debit or ATM card will no longer work. Members with a checking account have been issued a new debit card. Members with an ATM card should also receive a replacement. These will be delivered soon, if not already. Please follow the activation instructions included with your new card. If you do not receive a card but would like to add one to your account, please contact us.

What happens to my Everyday Spend Card?
While old debit and ATM cards will no longer function with the newly converted accounts, Everyday Spend Cards will remain active temporarily as we transition members into a more secure card option. If you have a spend card but do not automatically receive a debit or ATM card as a replacement, please contact us.

Do I need to order New Checks?
If you use checks, you will need to order a new set. Please contact Cy-Fair FCU to place your initial order. Your first box will be free. After your first order, you will be able to independently reorder.

How to access E-Statements?
To access e-Statements, log in to online banking and select “Statements & Notices” from the menu bar.

Is Account History accessible to TFFCU members?
Account history from before the conversion will not be transferred digitally to your new account. Should you need any records associated with your previous account number, we will gladly provide copies upon request.

Where should I mail Loan Payments?
Continue to mail loan payments to the same address you have been mailing them, until further notice.

Will my Rates change?
Rates on existing fixed-rate loans and certificates will remain the same until the end of their term. New loan and certificate rates will be quoted at the current Cy-Fair FCU rates, which are established based on market conditions.

What Routing Number should I use?
Please begin to use Cy-Fair FCU's routing number 313083235 (which you can find quickly at the bottom of this website).

Will I be able to use both TFFCU and CFFCU Locations?
Yes! As a TFFCU member you are a Cy-Fair FCU member, so you may utilize any of CFFCU’s Financial Center locations, as well as take advantage of the network of nationwide shared branches.
To use the nationwide Shared Branching network for conducting transactions, simply provide Cy-Fair FCU as your credit union along with your new account number when visiting a participating location.

Will TFFCU Contact Information change?
TFFCU will maintain its own direct phone line for now, but changes for phone, mail, and email will occur at a later date. Because our Cy-Fair FCU can fully assist you in all financial areas, Team Financial members are encouraged to use Cy-Fair FCU’s various contact options (eg- phone, chat, email, video calls, in-branch, etc) for quicker response.

Will either of the Credit Union Names Change?
Both Credit Unions will continue to maintain their current identities. Team Financial Federal Credit Union will keep its name and be considered as a division of Cy-Fair FCU.
