Accepting Nominations for Board of Directors
The Nominating Committee is currently accepting nominee applications for the 2025 Board of Directors Election. Members of the volunteer Board of Directors are elected by the members of the Cy-Fair Federal Credit Union. Directors typically serve terms of three years. Responsibilities include strategic oversight of the credit union, ongoing corporate governance, attending monthly board and committee meetings, long-term strategic planning and serving as ambassadors for the credit union throughout the community.
If interested in being nominated, please review the Summary of Board & Committee Candidate Requirements (linked below) to determine if you meet the requirements for nomination consideration.
For those qualified to be considered for nomination, simply complete the volunteer application (linked below) and email it with your resume and a brief bio to the Nominating Committee at boardelections@cyfairfcu.org.
Required documents for consideration must be submitted to the Nominating Committee by 5:00 pm on November 30, 2024.
Board nominees will be elected by the members of the credit union at its annual meeting in April and the results announced at the end of the meeting.
