CFFCU LIVE – VIDEO BANKING

CFFCU Live is an interactive video-enabled banking app that merges face-to-face video chat with real-time digital collaboration between members and expert representatives. This video interactive app allows members to access nearly every banking service through personal mobile devices, tablets, laptops, desktops, and other app-equipped devices with video/audio capabilities. With a simple click of the app, you can remotely access local Cy-Fair FCU representatives to address a broad range of banking services, eliminating the need to travel to a physical branch or office.

Download the CFFCU Live app from Apple Store or Google Play Store to begin video banking at your convenience. Once in the app, you can create a profile, which provides you several additional capabilities such as sharing and signing documents with the CFFCU representative or merely clicking “Quick Video Call” to speak with someone right away. Video call hours are 9 AM – 5 PM Mondays through Fridays, 9 AM – 1 PM on Saturdays.

Members can receive assistance from a local Cy-Fair FCU representative over our secure video platform through CFFCU Live, related to services that include (but not limited to):

·         Account Inquiries, Check Balances

·         Transfer Funds, Set Up Automatic Transfers

·         Order Checks

·         Set Up Direct Deposit

·         Manage Debit Cards (Order, Block, Report Fraud, Increase Limits, Notify of Travel, etc.)

·         Online Banking Assistance, Set Up or Reset

·         Update Personal Info / Change of Address, Phone #, Email

·         Set an Appointment with a Financial Consultant or Loan Officer

·         Title Request
