NEW TOWNE LAKE LOCATION

Cy-Fair FCU’s NEW Towne Lake Financial Center is now open, and we are incredibly excited to bring financial services to the Boardwalk at Towne Lake! You can find us located at 9915 Barker Cypress Suite 160, Cypress, TX 77433.

This location is convenient to an excellent assortment of shopping and dining options. In addition to its convenient location for running errands, this Financial Center combines modern-day technology with a consultative approach to enhance your banking experience.

EXTERIOR

While surrounded by familiar businesses, the entrance of our Towne Lake Financial Center is easily visible with our eye-catching green Cy-Fair FCU logo. At night, the CFFCU-green accent illuminates the Boardwalk sky as visitors enjoy a vibrant night out. The Financial Center’s storefront is accented with stained wood that perfectly fits the Boardwalk surroundings and equipped with a walk-up CFFCU ATM for quick transactions.

Additionally, you will find a drive-thru lane in the Boardwalk parking lot, close to Tuckerton Road. During normal business hours, you can receive assistance from a Cy-Fair FCU Interactive Teller without leaving your car. After hours, the ITM can be used in self-serve mode or as an ATM.

INTERIOR

Inside our new Towne Lake Financial Center, you will find the space contemporary and inviting, with a large video wall, charming reclaimed wood, comfortable seating area, and a warm contrast of colors. Grab a complimentary refreshment at our hospitality counter and relax a bit, or take a seat at our tech bar where you can charge your mobile device while using our high-speed wi-fi access.

As you enter the lobby, you will be greeted by one of our Financial Consultants, who will identify how we can help you. The updated layout includes private conversation areas where members can sit side-by-side with a Financial Consultant as they go through personalized solutions for our members’ financial needs.

Innovative ITMs inside the lobby combines the ease and convenience of modern banking technology with a live teller experience. Each ITM includes a sizeable video screen that connects members in real-time with a local credit union associate, providing face-to-face service throughout your entire transaction. In-person team members are also available to assist members with questions and the use of ITMs.
