CREDIT CARD CHANGES

Cy-Fair Federal Credit Union is excited to share that we are partnering with a new credit card processor. This change in partnerships will provide CFFCU cardholders NEW Contactless Platinum Mastercard Credit Cards, upgraded with the latest card technologies!

Remember to ACTIVATE your new card. Your old card is no longer active.

Here are a few other important reminders from previous communications to cardholders:

YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS ON THE BACK OF THE CARD
When card numbers are printed on top of designs, it can sometimes be difficult to see each number.
Our new design has your full card number printed on the back of the card so you can clearly see each number.

UPDATE THE ADDRESS FOR PAYMENTS:
For Payments by Mail or Payments through Online Bill Pay, change the payment address to:
PO BOX 660493 Dallas, TX 75266-0493

UPDATE YOUR CARD NUMBER FOR RECURRING CHARGES: 
For pre-authorized or recurring charges on your card, you will need to update those merchants with your new card number.

UPDATE YOUR CARD NUMBER ON MOBILE WALLET:
If you have your current card set up on Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay, you will need to update the app with your new card number. Please note that your new credit card may not be available for use through Mobile Wallet until mid-October as we await MasterCard to complete the process.

REWARDS PROGRAM WILL CHANGE: 
Our rewards program will also be transitioning to a new, enhanced program. Here are a few important notes regarding this change:

  • There is a temporary pause, or blackout, on earning and redeeming points until October 1st, during the conversion process.

  • Current reward points will transfer to the new program with a 3-year expiration.

  • Rewards can be used for airline travel, gift cards or convert points to cash.

  • Your card will now earn 1 point for every $1 spent (this is double the current 1 point for every $2 from the previous program)

CARD CONTROL INTEGRATION:
Card management will transition away from gotomycard.com on 9/16. Beginning 9/21, you will use your online and mobile banking to access card management controls. In November 2020, newly enhanced card controls and features will be integrated into our mobile banking app. This includes the ability to quickly turn on/off your credit card, receive and respond to text alerts for verifying suspicious activity, check your balance, and more – right at your fingertips!

 

We are excited about this transition! The replacement card you will receive has a sleek, new design and includes the latest advanced security, card technologies and an improved rewards program.
