Cy-Fair Federal Credit Union’s member satisfaction ratings continue to rise to new heights, placing the credit union among the top percentile for satisfaction ratings in the financial industry!
Member Loyalty Group is an impartial, third-party vendor that monitors member satisfaction for credit unions. They calculate CFFCU’s Overall Satisfaction rating and its Net Promoter Score (NPS), a widely used metric across multiple industries that gauge satisfaction and the likelihood one would recommend the company or product.
As of the latest report:
CFFCU’s Overall Satisfaction Rating is 9.39 out of 10, an increase from 9.13 last year.
CFFCU’s Net Promoter Score is 77.03, an increase from 66.3 last year.
In comparison, the average Net Promoter Score for the Financial Services Industry is 56, and a 34 average score specifically for the Banking Industry. A score around 30 is generally considered good, 30-70 is great and above 70 is excellent. Few businesses make it above a score of 70. At 77.03, Cy-Fair FCU is among the highest-ranking institutions for satisfaction ratings in the industry.
